乡村振兴背景下农村金融发展脉络的思考

Thoughts on the Development of Rural Finance under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴已经成为未来一段时期统领"三农"工作的重要战略。从经济转型升级角度,落实乡村振兴是其必要条件,从改革开放动态演化进程看,乡村振兴是统筹城乡发展、协调区域合作的内在要求。本文基于大金融视角,从乡村市场、乡村供给与乡村文化三个角度分析落实乡村振兴的现实金融需求,以城镇化、市场化和国际化为着眼点,梳理乡村在改革开放进程中的金融脉络,最后提出引流人员,稳定收益推进乡村振兴战略的落实。

Rural revitalization has become an important strategy for leading the work of agriculture,countryside and farmers in the future. From the perspective of economic transformation and upgrading,the implementation of Rural Revitalization is a necessary condition. From the dynamic evolution of reform and opening up,Rural Revitalization is the inherent requirement of balancing urban and rural development and coordinating regional cooperation. Based on the macro-financial perspective,this paper analyses the realistic financial needs of Rural Revitalization from three perspectives:rural market,rural supply and rural culture. Starting from urbanization,marketization and internationalization,this paper combs the financial context of rural areas in the process of reform and opening up. Finally,it puts forward drainage personnel,stabilizing income and promoting the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
