Research on the Rule of Law Construction of Agricultural Products Quality Safety in the 70th Anniversary

文章立足于建国70周年农产品质量安全法治建设这个宏观背景,把农产品质量安全法治建设作为坚持农业农村优先发展、实现乡村振兴的重要途径,采取分析问题解决问题的方法,阐明建国70年来农产品质量安全法治建设进程、建设成效和面临的问题,对新时代农产品质量安全法治建设问题作一些探究,为实现农业由增产导向向提质导向的转变提供参考。

Based on the macro-background of agricultural product quality safety and rule of law construction in the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the paper regards the construction of agricultural product quality and safety rule of law as an important way to adhere to the priority development of rural areas and realize rural revitalization,and adopt methods to analyze problems and solve problems,and clarify the quality and safety of agricultural products in the 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.The process of rule of law construction,the effectiveness of construction and the problems faced,and some explorations on the construction of the quality and safety of agricultural products in the new era,provide a reference for the transformation of agriculture from the direction of increasing production to improving quality.
