高校学术道德失范的现象是近年来各界关注的热点之一。高校要采取科学的对策,遏制这一现象的发生和蔓延。要从两个方面入手:一是约束,二是引导,以人为本,科学管理,有效地防范学术道德失范的现象。

Misconducts in academic ethics have been the hot issues that draw special attention of all circles in recent years.Administrations of colleges and universities must take scientific measures to control the happenings and spreading.This paper proposes to start with discipline and guidance to control effectively misconducts in academic ethics based on being people-oriented and scientific manage.
