旅游购物“回扣”现象的形成是由很多因素造成的,运用路径依赖理论,从另外一个角度为其提供相应的诠释和佐证,并提出从制度建设上规避旅游购物回扣现象:加强导游队伍的管理与建设,建立合理的导游薪酬制度。

At present,there are many reasons for the commissions in tourism purchase.This paper employs path dependency theory to provide explanation and proofs,and proposes to avoid commission in tourism purchase through the reform of system:to strengthen the management and construction of the guide contingent and to establish reasonable guides' salary system.
