According to the requirements and objectives of specialty service,universities should display their distinctive characteristics through taking key specialties and preponderant disciplines as leading factors to construct preponderant specialty groups and characteristic practice and innovative teaching bases,establishing corresponding scientific research frameworks,building innovative platforms,enlarging specialty service scale,laying emphasis on specialty flexibility,students' innovative spirit and innovative practice abilities,enhancing the pertinence of students' employment,and strengthening the service for the development and construction of local economy and culture.
