“借智”,意即借用学界专家(名家)的智慧以促进研究生教育质量的提升。“借智”不同于“学术讲座”,“借智”是研究生教育的一种创新。要实施“研究生教育创新工作”,还需要对导师遴选体制进行创新,对培养模式进行创新。
