摘要
“借智”,意即借用学界专家(名家)的智慧以促进研究生教育质量的提升。“借智”不同于“学术讲座”,“借智”是研究生教育的一种创新。要实施“研究生教育创新工作”,还需要对导师遴选体制进行创新,对培养模式进行创新。
“Intellectual Borrowing” refers to the borrowing of the wisdom of famous experts in one particular field to promote the postgraduate education quality.“Intellectual Borrowing” differs from “academic lecture” and is one innovation in postgraduate education.To implement “innovation in postgraduate education”,it is necessary to innovate the selecting mechanism for supervisors and the cultivating models.
