摘要
采用问卷调查方法对企业管理人员的组织忠诚度进行研究,揭示企业管理人员忠诚度的特点以及不同学历、不同性别的企业管理人员与普通员工组织忠诚度之间的异同,并在此基础上,提出提高企业管理人员组织忠诚度的培养对策。
This paper investigates the organization loyalty of managers in corporations by means of questionnaires, reveals the characteristics of organization loyalty of managers in corporations and the differences in organization loyalty between managers of different academic qualifications and sexes and ordinary staffs, and puts forward effective fostering measures to enhance the organization loyalty of the managers in corporations
