社会保障制度是社会的“安全阀”和“稳定器”。重庆市要进一步发展,就必须建立健全这项制度。在直辖十周年之际,重庆市究竟有没有建立健全这项制度的能力呢?通过采用定量和模型分析方法,对重庆市农村居民社会保障进行了定位研究,得出了明确的结论。

Social security system is the “safety valve” and “stabilizer” of society. For further development of Chongqing municipality, it is necessary to establish and perfect this system. Does Chongqing have this ability to establish and perfect this system on the tenth anniversary of the establishment of Chongqing Municipality directly under the central government? This paper uses quantitative and model analysis methods to study the positioning of Chongqing rural residents' social security and obtains definite conclusions.
