摘要
针对目前高技能人才严重短缺这一现实问题,在分析重庆市高技能人才现状的基础上,探讨高技能人才培养模式、高技能人才培训基地建设等问题。
At present, talents with high technique are in great demand. This paper analyzes the status quo of talents with high technique in Chongqing city, proposes suggestions for its cultivating mode, and probes into the construction of training bases for talents with high technique.
