思想政治工作与缓解大学生心理压力刍议

Ideological and Political Education and Release of the Mental Pressure of the College Students

从加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的视角,通过3个方面的论述,认为缓解大学生心理压力是高校思想政治政治工作的本质要求,分析了当前大学生的心理压力及其危害,探索了缓解大学生心理压力的工作方法。

From the perspective of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education and based on discussions on three aspects, this paper holds that relieving the mental pressure of college students is the necessity of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, analyzes modern college students’ mental pressure and its harms, and probes into the working method to relieve the mental pressure of the undergraduates.
