摘要
指出了当前大学生职业生涯规划存在的问题及大学生职业生涯规划的意义,在对大学生职业生涯规划的要素及发展阶段的分析的基础上,提出了大学生职业生涯规划设计的思路。
This paper paints out the problems in and the significance of thecareer planning of modern college students,and puts forward the ideas for thedesign of the career planning of modem college students based on analysis of theelements and development stages of the career planning of modem collegestudents.
