单纯的逻辑学和有题材特征的方法论逻辑,是信念研究的两种不同形式抽象,后者对信念形式的研究要兼顾题材的特性。法律逻辑属于后一种方法论逻辑,它的理论结构是3种方法论(法律推理、案情论证、修辞论证)与两种信念(恰当性、合情性)的对应。

Simple logic and methodological logic with themes are the abstraction of the two forms of faith study, while attention must be given to themes in the study of the latter on faith forms. Legal logic belongs to the latter methodology logic, whose theoretical structure the correspondence of three methodologies (legal reasoning, case demonstration and rhetorical demonstration) to two faiths (appropriateness and rationality).
