高校图书馆作为文献情报中心,馆员队伍素质状况直接影响到其效能的发挥。过硬的专业技能素质是新时期图书馆员必备的基本素质。针对目前地方高校图书馆员队伍中存在的问题,在分析其产生原因和提出新世纪图书馆员应具备哪些素质的基础上提出了应对措施。

Libraries of colleges and universities are the literature and information centers, whose librarian qualities affect their functions. Strong professional skills are the basic quality of new-era librarians. In terms of the problems in the librarian contingent in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the causes, puts forward the qualities that new-era librarians must possess, and proposes some countermeasures.
