Chongqing is now carrying out new rural reconstruction,which is huge system engineering but after all,Chongqing still is short of sufficient practical experience,therefore it is necessary to analyze the useful experience,study and draw foreign experiences calmly.This article introduces the revelation of Japanese new countryside movement to the Chongqing countryside human resources development.The rural area development of human resources is the key for Japanese new countryside movement.Learning from Japan's experience,Chongqing can set about from developing education,constructing the peasant organization,stimulating the villagers enthusiasm,perfecting social security system,strengthening the construction of infrastructure and display government effects,to carry out rural area development of human resources.
