摘要
随着经济全球化的深入发展和企业外部环境的快速变化,加强战略性人力资源管理对企业实现既定目标的作用日益重要。从分析新形势下人力资源管理面临的严峻挑战,梳理公司目前人力资源管理实践中存在的主要问题入手,引入战略性人力资源管理的理念,阐述实施战略性人力资源管理的重大意义,从而提出优化战略性人力资源管理体系、强化战略性人力资源管理系统实施的解决方案,以确保最终实现远景战略目标,促进公司可持续发展。
With the deeper development of globalization and rapid change of external environment of enterprises,it plays a more and more important role in realizing enterprise's planned objective to strengthen strategic human resource management.By analyzing the challenges facing human resource management in the new situation and sorting out the problems in present human resource management,this paper introduces the concept of strategic human resource management,expounds on the important significance of implementing strategic human resource management,and thus puts forward solutions to optimizing strategic human resource management system and strengthening human resource management system implementation so as to ensure the realization of long-term strategic objectives to promote the sustainable development of the company.
