人才培养模式改革势在必行。广东海洋大学构建了科学、合理的人才培养模式。目前该校人才培养模式进行了以社会需求为主线,全校性的自上而下的宏观改革;根据各专业自身的特点和规律,专业性人才培养模式及途径的改革,以实现提高人才培养的质量和人才的竞争力的目标。

The reform of personnel cultivation mode is imperative.A scientific and reasonable personnel cultivation mode is constructed and practiced in Guangdong Ocean University.It is a macroscopic reform throughout the university based on the needs of society.According to the characteristics and law of each specialty,the training modes and approach are reformed so as to improve the personnel training quality and reinforce the competitive ability of qualified personnel.
