Innovation Mode of the Traditional Industrial Technology in the West Region of China

在西部地区传统产业升级改造的过程中,增强传统产业自身的技术创新能力无疑是根本途径。通过对西部地区传统产业发展现状以及传统产业技术创新能力的分析,提出应该在传统产业及其相关领域内,建立有效的研发联合体(RJV)的方式和途径,以实现科研资源的优化配置,增强西部地区传统产业的技术创新能力和吸收能力,促进西部地区传统产业的改造和发展。

In the upgrading and transforming of traditional industries in the West Region of China, it is essential to strengthen the capacity for technology innovation for these traditional industries. By analyzing the development actuality of traditional industries in the West Region of China and the capacity of technology innovation, this paper proposes to set up a research joint venture (RJV) in the traditional industries and the correlative industries.Realizing an optimized collocation of scientific research resources, strengthen the capacities of technology innovation and absorption, and promote the transformation and development of traditional industries in west region of China.
