摘要
概述了民族文化旅游资源的资产特性,资产化管理的目标和含义、原则、必要性;指出了加强民族文化旅游资源资产化管理需要解决的3个关键问题:产权界定与产权管理、资产评估、法律法规建设。
As one kind of new management system, assets-like management of the national culture-oriented tourism resource must stick to the principles of sustainable development systematization, beneficial result harmonization, being market-oriented,value-keeping and value-added. To realize the optimization deploy and sustainable use of the national culture-oriented tourism resource, it is necessary to build and perfect laws and regulations, and to strengthen administration on the basis of clarifying the property-owning system.
