Natural ecological environment has three aspects: the relation between human and nature, effect of human activities on the nature, and the strategy of sustainable development. Academic ecological environment can be known from the following aspects: first, to comprehend the assortment of the University; next, to realize the unusual phenomena and the academic corruption; finally, to understand the University spirit and development strategy. The relaxing and free academic environment is a precondition for the search of truth and scientific development. Persistency in academic freedom is a basic developmental rule of the modern university.
