Narrowing the Gap between the Poor and the Rich to Build Socialist Harmonious Society

在用数据说明我国目前贫富差距的主要表现的基础上,分析贫富差距扩大的原因及危害,提出缩小贫富差距、构建社会主义和谐社会的对策:加快发展经济,拓宽就业渠道;调整收入分配结构,建立合理收入分配机制;扩大中等收入者比重,提高低收入者水平;建立健全社会保障体系,扩大社会保障覆盖面。

Based on the data reflecting the gap between the rich and the poor in China, this paper analyzes the causes for the widening of the gap and its harms, and puts forward countermeasure to narrow the gap to construct a socialist harmonious society: quickening economic development to widen employment channels; adjusting income distribution structure to establish reasonable income distribution mechanism; extending the proportion of medium-income people to raise the level of low-income people; and establishing sound social security system to expand the coverage of social security.
