知识型员工作为企业经营和发展的重要因素,越来越受到企业的关注,近几年来也逐渐成为学者们研究的重点。整理和分析了我国近年来涉及知识型员工流失的研究文献,并对文献研究的热点和主要内容作了述评。

As an important factor in enterprise operation and development, knowledge worker is getting more and more attention. Research on knowledge worker has become the focus of scholars in recent years. This paper collects and analyzes the documents on it through literature analysis, and summarizes the focus and the basic content of these documents.
