摘要
针对高职教师产生职业倦怠的原因主要是职业压力、角色冲突、社会环境、个体心理因素、管理体制的欠缺及学生素质的影响等,提出帮助高职教师摆脱职业倦怠的对策,使教师能够体会到职业的温暖,提高职业意识,形成良好的职业动机和职业信心。
Occupational languid among vocational college teachers is always caused by career pressures, role conflicts, social environment, management defects, students quality and the individual psychological factors. This paper proposes some countermeasures to relieve the teachers’ pressure and to help them derive pleasure from their work, improve their occupational awareness and build fair occupational motivation and confidence.
