摘要
本次研究运用Link的路试采集设备,采用跟随性方法,共计完成了全中国38个城市的制动负荷谱采集。不同区域消费者制动系统使用习惯被模拟统计,并进行了对比分析。对采集到的数据进行主成份分析以及聚类分析概率统计学方法,得到中国的制动工况。这对于主机厂更好适应中国城市的消费者需求,对其产品进行符合中国实际制动工况进行研发有重要意义。本研究对汽车行业确认制动工况标准也有一定的参考价值。
The Link road test collection equipment and the following method is used during 38 Chinese cities brake index acquisition.Different regional consumer habits are also simulated and compared in the research. We propose China braking conditions after using principal component analysis and cluster analysis on the collected data. It’s significant for automobiles manufacturers making its product research and development base on China braking conditions to meet customer demand. This research also provides reference value for confirming the braking condition standards in the automotive industry.
