摘要
面对汽车行业激烈竞争,本文提出了在汽车研发和制造中材料标准化管理工作的思路和实施方案,如建立并统一企业材料标准体系、建立材料数据库系统、对材料图纸标注进行标准化规范、建立材料全生命周期的标准管理流程等,旨在规范材料管理工作流程,提高企业运行效率,降低企业运行成本,增强企业竞争力。
To meet the increasing competition in automotive manufacturing industry, in this passage,conceptions and measures for material standardization management were put forword in order to standardize the material management procedure, increase the efficiency, decrease the cost and make the automotive research and manufactures more competitive.Those measures could include making the foundation and unifying the material standardization system, setting up automotive materials data systerm,standardizing the technical drawing illustrations, establishing standardized life-cycle management processes for materials and so on.
