摘要
汽车后面碰撞对乘员的颈部尤其是软组织会造成严重的损伤,在汽车座椅设计研究领域里,BioRID Ⅱ假人是研究试验的重要测试工具,其主要作用是评估汽车座椅头枕在后碰过程中防止头部和颈部过度运动的有效性。而BioRID Ⅱ假人的颈部动态标定是保证试验数据准确性的一个重要环节,但在标定过程中一些指标不容易通过。本文通过分析影响标定结果的因素,借助高速运动图像采集来直观分析,结合标定试验曲线进行验证这些因素的影响程度。最后得出结论,前期静态标定、颈部前后缓冲块和旋转阻尼器的调整对假人颈部动态标定的影响程度较大,上颈部松紧螺丝的调节影响较小。在颈部动态标定过程中,先保证静态标定的准确性,再优先考虑调节假人旋转阻尼器或者替换颈部缓冲块。
Rear-end collision may cause severe injury to the passenger’s neck, especially the soft tissue. In the field of automotive seat design research, BioRID Ⅱ dummy is an important test tool for the research, Its main function is to evaluate the effective of preventing excessive movement of head and neck during a whiplash test. Dynamic neck calibration of BioRID Ⅱ dummy is an important step that can ensure the accuracy of test data, but some indexs are not easy to pass in the calibration process. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the calibration results, and determines the degree of influence of these factors by combining high speed camera and calibration test result curve. Finally draw the conclusion, the static calibration, the hardness of buffer block and the adjustment of rotation damper can make big different for the result. During the dynamic neck calibration test, make sure the static calibration process is right, then priority is given to adjusting the rotary damper or replacing the buffer block.
