基于双积分研究的企业产品配置智能分析平台

An Analysis and Simulation Platform for Corporate Product Planning Considering“China Dual Point”Policy

摘要 近期工信部等部门制定发布了CAFC(Corporate Average Fuel Consumption)和NEV(New Energy Vehicle)两套积分的考核办法,对国内乘用车企业同时提出了油耗要求和新能源汽车生产比例要求。在此要求下,一个企业如何规划自身的产品才能合规,并使企业利益最大化是国内车企十分关注的问题。针对这一问题,本文在解读双积分考核办法的核心要求、对中国积分现状分析的基础上,深入剖析了新能源车的架构、关键零部件成本、市场溢价能力并构建了一套计算仿真算法以及相应的成本库。从成本维度讨论了一个企业应如何搭配HEV、PHEV、EV和FCV以及对于插电混动续驶里程应为50公里还是80公里的问题。 Recently, the Ministry of Industry and information Technology of People’s Republic of China published the 'China Dual Point' policy that promotes more new energy vehicles in an auto company by awarding higher combined CAFC(Corporate Average Fuel Consumption) and NEV(New Energy Vehicle)points of the company. It’s, therefore, an often asked question by the auto OEM that how to maximize the corporate profit by well planning their product lines while meet the policy requirements. In this article, starting by explaining the 'China Dual Point' policy, analyzing the current status of new energy vehicle points distribution among auto OEMs, then, considering the architectures,cost of various new energy vehicle and sub-systems, earning potential of the vehicles, we developed a computer simulation platform that consider all above factors and created a database. From the dimension of corporate cost, We discussed how a company should intelligently distributed their HEV, PHEV, EV, and FCV vehicles and also answered the often asked question that whether a PHEV should have 50 km or 80 km EV driving range.
