非插电混动汽车在NEDC工况下充放电的研究 被引量:1

Research on Charging and Discharging of Non Plug-In Hybrid Vehicle under NEDC Condition

摘要 本研究基于AVL测功机及HORIBA排放测试系统,以非插电式混合动力汽车为研究对象,利用AVL台架模拟车辆在实际道路中受到的阻力等条件,并通过HIOKI功率分析仪记录车辆在NEDC工况下试验时动力电池的充放电数据,研究非插电式混合动力汽车在NEDC工况下电池充放电的情况。研究结果表明:整个试验过程中会出现两个时间点电量平衡量达到与初始状态相当的情况,第一个时间点在市郊循环车速从70km/h降至0的最后阶段,第二个时间点处于试验结束的最后阶段;车辆处于深度放电也有两个时间点,第一个在市区循环最后的30km/h匀速阶段,第二个处于市郊循环120km/h匀速结束的时间点。 This study is based on the AVL dynamometer and the HORIBA emission test system with non plug-in hybrid vehicle as the research object, to simulate the vehicle’s actual road resistance with AVL platform, test battery in the condition of charge and discharge data and through power analyzer HIOKI recording vehicle under NEDC working condition, research non plug-in hybrid vehicle battery charge and discharge under the condition of NEDC. There are two time points of power balance reached the equivalent and the initial state will during the experiment, the first time on the outskirts of the city from 70 km/h to the final stage of circulation speed of 0, second time points in the final stage of the end of the test;the vehicle is in the depth of discharge is two at the time of the first. The last stage of uniform 30 km/h circulation in the urban area, second in the end of cycle time 120 km/h suburban uniform.
