摘要
本研究以"2020年商用车新车油耗接近国际先进水平"为目标针对我国重型商用车第三阶段燃料消耗量限值标准开展研究。研究通过选取典型车辆进行模拟计算,评估了目前我国重型商用车燃料消耗量与国际先进水平的差距,提出了总体节能目标;同时,通过节能技术潜力和成本分析论证了该目标实施的可行性。研究提出了燃料消耗量限值方案并完成了第三阶段限值标准,进一步完善了我国重型商用车辆燃料消耗量标准和管理体制。
In this study, the research on the third stage fuel consumption limit standard for heavy commercial vehicles in China is carried out with the target of 'the fuel consumption of new commercial vehicles will approach the international advanced level in 2020'. The study evaluates the gap between the fuel consumption of heavy commercial vehicles in China and the international advanced level by selecting typical vehicles for simulation calculations, and proposes the energy-saving target. Meanwhile, the feasibility of the target is demonstrated through the energy-saving technology potential and cost analysis. The study proposes the fuel consumption limit schemes and completes the third-stage limit standard, which further improved the fuel consumption standard and management system of heavy commercial vehicles in China.
