摘要
实验室间比对是一种有效的外部质量保证和实验室能力监控的手段。本文根据六家实验室测得的某专用汽车起步加速时间数据,利用稳健统计方法中的中位值和标准化四分位距法计算总体均值和总体标准差的估计值,采用z比分数对各试验室的测量结果进行评价。试验结果表明:各实验室起步加速时间测量结果的|z|值均小于2,结果为满意。
Interlaboratory comparison is an effective means of external quality assurance and laboratory proficiency monitoring. Based on the start acceleration time data measured by six laboratories of a special purpose vehicle, this paper calculates the estimated values of mean value and standard deviation by using the method of med & NIQR, which is one of robust statistical methods, and evaluates the measurement results of each laboratory by using z-score. The results show that the |Z|-scores of the start acceleration time measured by each laboratory are less than 2, and the comparison results are satisfactory.
