摘要
发动机悬置系统设计与优化是改善汽车乘坐舒适性、行驶平顺性以及整车的NVH性能的重要技术措施之一。本文将某微型货柜车动力总成悬置系统简化为惯性体—弹性体等效模型,利用ANSYS APDL语言对其进行模态和瞬态动力学分析。并以隔振率为目标函数进行隔振优化。为汽车发动机悬置系统的隔振优化设计提供了参考。
The research focused on a certain type of miniature container truck, using the ANSYS finite element software to make the equivalent model and do modal analysis of its powertrain mounting system as well as the whole truck. Based on the theory of vibration isolation and excited vibration, an optimization mathematical model is built consulting the stiffness of suspension element as design variable and the vibration isolation rate as objective function. With the help of related optimization module in ANSYS, a result indicating a much better performance in vibration isolation rate is gained.
