本文介绍了EV车型相对于ICE车型在设计阶段NVH差异、易发生的NVH问题及对策。讲解了EV在开发过程中驱动系统、车身系统的开发特点,声学包、异响的开发思路以及轻量化和底盘系统开发的一些方法,为EV的开发提供参考和借鉴。

The NVH development difference between EV and ICE in the design stage are introduced in this paper,related NVH problems and countermeasures are presented.The development characteristics of EV driving system and body system,the ideas of Sound package and BSR(Buzz Squeake Rattle),some methods of lightweight and chassis system development are explained.It provides a reference for the development of EV.
