乘用车列车行驶安全性试验方法研究

本文对乘用车列车的行驶安全性试验方法进行研究,根据美标、欧标、国标等相关法规中的此类车辆的制动性能与操纵稳定性的定义和评定要求,进行标准法规分析,开展乘用车列车车的制动试验和操纵稳定性试验。通过行车制动、驻车制动、弯道制动对乘用车列车的制动性能进行分析;通过后部放大系数、模拟超车、蛇行、稳态回转、抗侧翻稳定性对乘用车列车的操纵稳定性进行分析。通过数据分析乘用车列车的性能特点,分析影响因素并提出相应的设计建议,为整车企业与科研机构对乘用车列车进行研发验证提供了比较全面的参考方法。

This paper carries out the analysis of standards and regulations,and carries out braking test and handling stability test of passenger train,based on the definition and evaluation requirements of braking performance and handling stability of such vehicles in relevant regulations such as American Standard,European Standard and National Standard.The braking performance of passenger train is analyzed by running brake,parking brake and bend brake,and the handling stability of passenger train is analyzed by rear amplification factor,simulation overtaking,snaking,steady-state rotation and rollover stability.By analyzing the performance characteristics of passenger train,analyzing the influencing factors and putting forward corresponding design suggestions,this paper provides a comprehensive reference method for vehicle enterprises and scientific research institutes to research and verify passenger train.
