摘要
文章从电动汽车对电驱动系统的使用要求出发,分析了我国电动汽车电驱动系统标准体系现状,按照基础通用、产品规范和测试方法三类,对现行标准中电驱动系统耐电压特性、电安全特性和部分重要试验方法进行分析,同时文章对ISO、IEC、日本汽车技术法规(安保基准)以及ECE法规等国际标准法规关于电驱动系统标准的现状,和制修订状态进行了介绍。根据现有标准体系,文章给出了加强对集成产品测试方法标准的研究的建议,以及根据国内和ISO部分标准项目同期开展的现状,提出加强ISO标准参与程度的建议。
Based on the requirements of electric vehicle for electric drive,this paper analyzes the current situation of electric drive standard system in China.In accordance with the basic general,product specifications and testing methods,this paper analyzes the voltage resistance characteristics,electrical safety characteristics and some important test methods of the current standard.At the same time,this paper introduces the current status and working dynamic of electric drive system in ISO,IEC,Japanese automotive technical regulations(security standards)and ECE regulations.According to the existing standard system,this paper gives some Suggestions to strengthen the research on test method standard of integrated product.And according to the current situation of the concurrent development of some domestic and ISO standard projects,Suggestions are put forward to strengthen the participation of ISO standards.
