摘要
H3-50假人颈部弯曲标定是假人标定的难点。解决问题的常规手段包括:调整蜂窝铝刚度、颈部铸模扭矩值、摆锤速度、温度等。当这些方法都无法奏效时,为解决问题和提高工作效率,对假人颈部结构组件中的nodding block如何影响标定结果进行了分析与研究。结果表明:nodding block的高度和硬度对假人标定结果有影响,通过查阅假人用户手册,确定可以通过改变nodding block的高度和硬度来改善标定结果,高度越小硬度越低,其曲线延迟、角度峰值增大,My峰值降低。
The neck flexion calibration of H3-50 dummy is a critical problem in dummy calibration.Conventional methods to solve problem include:adjusting honeycomb aluminium,torque value of neck,speed,temperature and so on.In order to solve the problem of neck flexion calibration of H3-50 dummy and improve work efficiency,how nodding block in the dummy neck structure components affecting the result was analyzed and studied.The results show that the height and hardness of nodding block have effect on the result of dummy calibration.By referring to dummy user manual,it is determined that the result of dummy can be improved by changing the height and hardness.With smaller height or lower hardness,the curve can be delayed the pot higher peak was expected,but a lower My peak.
