摘要
在市场经济下 ,政府的大量经济行为都涉及到政府采购 ,虽然我国没有开放政府采购市场 ,但由于WTO、WB、APEC等国际性和区域性组织的推动 ,国内企业争夺政府采购国际市场的需要 ,我国政府采购市场的开放已经逐步开始了。这就使得我国的政府采购制度在尚未完善的条件下 ,却面临发展和开放的双重压力。本文介绍了美国政府采购制度的国际化进程 ,希望对我国政府采购开放有所借鉴。
Under market economy,many actions of governent are about government procurement.Due to the drive which comes from WTO?WB?APEC and the need our enterprises go into the international market of government procurement,we start to open government procurement.Although China's market of government procurement is still unperfect,we have to face the pressure of open and development.In order to give some suggestions,the article tells readers how US opens the market of government procurement.
