农地确权对农户农地转出意愿的影响研究——以农地产权安全感知为中介

Research on the Impact of Farmland Property Rights Confirmation on Farmers’ Willingness to Transfer Farmland——Taking the Perception of the Safety of Agricultural Land Property Rights as an Intermediary

在构建'农地确权—农地产权安全感知—农地转出意愿'框架基础上,利用山东省实地调查数据,探讨农地确权对农户农地供给意愿的影响,为深入理解农地确权对农地供给的影响机理提供理论依据。应用定序Logit回归模型进行核心解释变量、其他变量对被解释变量的总体效应与边际效应分析;建立结构方程,应用索贝尔检验与自抽样检验对中介变量进行中介效应分析。研究发现,农地确权将会提高农地产权安全感知及其三个因子(土地调整因子、土地征收因子、流转纠纷因子)的安全感知,而上述中介变量对农地转出意愿有正向促进作用。另外,是否接受过农业技术培训、金融资产价值、农用机械价值对农地转出意愿也有重要影响。

Based on the framework of'confirmation of farmland rights-perception of security of farmland property rights-willingness to transfer farmland',the impact of confirmation of farmland rights on the farmers’willingness to supply farmland were explored by using field survey data in Shandong Province,providing a theoretical basis for further understanding the mechanism of the impact of confirmation of farmland rights on the farmland supply.The sequential logit regression model was used to analyze the overall and marginal effects of core explanatory variables and other variables on the explanatory variables;the structural equation was established,and Sobel test and selfsampling test were used to analyze the mediating effects of mediating variables.The study shows that the confirmation of farmland ownership will improve the security perception of farmland property rights and its three factors:land adjustment factor,land expropriation factor and transfer dispute factor.The intermediary variables mentioned above have a positive effect on the willingness to transfer the farmland.In addition,whether they have received agricultural technology training,the value of financial assets,and the value of agricultural machinery also have an important impact on the willingness to transfer agricultural land.
