运用大数据构建智慧居家养老服务模式

大数据产业在我国的发展日益迅速,当前,我国居家养老服务在供需双方的沟通、服务范围和参与主体等方面问题突出。将大数据与居家养老服务相结合,构建智慧居家养老服务模式能更好地整合各方主体和资源,实现信息和数据共享,建构统一而规范的平台,为我国居家养老服务存在的问题提供解决办法。运用大数据构建智慧居家养老服务模式需要在深入了解和分析该模式的基本架构和运行模式的基础上,明确当下的现实问题。以政府为主导,推进各方主体养老公共数据、信息的互联共享;培育和支持养老智能终端设备市场的发展;注重专业性和复合型人才的培养和培训;鼓励、支持和引导公益组织积极参与,进而推动我国居家养老服务事业的健康发展。

Big data is developing rapidly and deeply in China.At present,there are many problems in the communication between suppliers and demanders,service scope and participants in the home-based care service.Combining big data with home-based care service and building a smart home-based care service model can integrate all parties and resources better,and achieve the information and data sharing.A unified and standardized platform was established to provide a solution to the dilemma of home-based care service in China.Using big data to construct intelligent home-based care service mode needs to clarify the current practical problems on the basis of in-depth understanding and analysis of the basic structure and operation mode of the mode,to promote the interconnection and sharing of public data and information of all parties,to cultivate and support the development of the market of intelligent terminal equipment for the aged,and to pay attention to the training of professional and compound talents.Encourage,support and guide the active participation of public welfare organizations,thereby to promote the healthy development of home-based care services in China.
