“微时代”高校思想政治教育课法治素养隐性教育的多维进路探析 被引量:6

摘要 '微时代'下高校思想政治教育课开展的法治素养隐性教育,以'微载体'为媒介展开,可以尝试以游戏入课、开展主题式案例教学并导入'体验式'第二课堂,打造各类'微载体'的法治隐性教育场景。利用'微载体'开展的隐性教育,可以运用新媒体传播'信息茧房'良性效应,精准推送教学内容;需要慎重考虑新媒体传播的'尖叫效应'诱引,严格审核教学内容;应当科学认识'传播心理'作用,优化组合教学内容。为建立'微载体'法治素养隐性教育的良性多元互动模式,需以'问题导向'方法论整合数据,提供教育资源保障,并采用'价值澄清法'提炼数据,形成科学的价值导向,提供网络舆论生态安全保障。 In the'micro era',the ideological and political courses of universities could forge all kinds of implicit educational scene,such as playing games,carrying out case teaching and importing the second experienced classroom into the course,to carry out the implicit education for disposition to rule of law through the'micro carrier'.The implicit education carried out by'micro-carriers'can use new media to spread the benign effect of'information cocoon house'and precisely push the teaching content.It is necessary to carefully consider the'screaming effect'of new media communication and strictly review the teaching content.The role of'communication psychology'should be scientifically recognized and the teaching content should be optimized.In order to establish a benign multi-interaction model of'micro-carrier'implicit education of legal literacy,the data should be integrated with'problem-oriented'methodology,providing education resources protection,and the'value clarification method'was used to extract data to form a scientific value orientation and provide ecological security guarantee of network public opinion.
