Isolation and Serum-type Identification of Clostridium welchii of Main Economic Animals

对分离于 7种经济动物的 98株魏氏梭菌疑似物进行理化性质鉴定表明 ,分离菌符合魏氏梭菌特性。中和试验证实 ,分离于兔、狐狸、貉、水貂、麝鼠、犬的菌株均为A型 ;分离于鹿的菌株 85 .4% (35 / 41)为A型 ,14.6 % (6 / 41)为C型 。

strains which were supposed to be belong to Clostridium welchii isolated from seven kinds of economic animals were tested according to the biological preperty of Clostridium welchii by physical and biochemical preperty test.Neutralization experiment showed the strains isolated from rabbits?fixes?raccoon dogs?minks?muskrats?canines were type A and type A were 85.4%(35/41),type C were 14.6%(6/41) from deer.The results indicated type A was epidemic principal serum type of economic animals in China.
