国家意识形态国际话语权的提升——基于国际政治公共领域“有限话语民主”情境的研究

The Promotion of the International Discourse Right of State Ideology under the Limited Discourse Democracy in the International Political Public Sphere

由于西方话语霸权的阻滞,导致国际话语格局的失衡,使得话语民主发展尚不充分。世界话语民主发展的有限性态势,亟需中国担负起国际话语责任。为此,应培育一批意识形态精英,使之在国际话语场表达中国价值;立足于文化间性寻求东西方意识形态的共义域,在此基础上对国家意识形态进行新的知识叙述,推动文化交往。并且,还应提升国家意识形态价值表达的高度,使之超越民族国家利益,反映人类命运共同体的价值诉求,进而建构具有世界魅力的意识形态话语体系,由此,全面提升国家意识形态的国际话语权。

In the process of globalization,the expansion of international political public fields makes the discourse democracy preliminarily.While the hegemony of the western discourse which results in the imbalance of the international discourse pattern makes the development of the discourse democracy inadequate.The limited development of discourse democracy in the world calls for China to assume the responsibility of international discourse.Therefore,we should cultivate a group of ideological elites to express China’s value in the international discourse field.Based on the inter-cultural nature to seek the common meaning of the eastern and western ideologies,and carry on the new knowledge narration so as to promote cultural exchanges.Moreover,we should also enhance the value of expression so that it can transcend the interests of national states and reflect the value aspirations of the community of human destiny.Furthermore,we should construct an ideological discourse system with world charm.Thus,the international discourse power of national ideology has been comprehensively promoted.
