工匠精神是中华民族的优秀传统文化基因之一,凝聚着中华民族浓厚的精神追求。把工匠精神融入高校思想政治教育具有重要的价值,主要表现为:有利于引导大学生树立正确的价值观,有利于加强大学生就业能力和行业自信以及增强思想政治理论课的实效性。将工匠精神融入思想政治教育要从课程建设、校园文化、高校组织建设等多方面着手,充分利用学校资源和社会资源,凝聚发展合力。

Craftsman spirit is one of excellent traditional culture genes of the Chinese nation and condenses the deep spirit pursuit of Chinese nation.The integration of craftsman spirit into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is of important value and is mainly embodied in conducive to guiding college students to set up correct value outlook,helpful to strengthen college students employment ability and industrial confidence and enhancing the practicability of ideological and political courses.The integration should be consolidated from such perspective as course construction,campus culture,organization construction of colleges and universities,and sufficiently use college resources and social resources to agglomerate development cooperation.
