摘要
培养塑造一支高素质的教师队伍是增强高职院校竞争力的关键因素。而提高教师队伍的整体素质是一项系统工程,教师绩效管理又是其中一个重要的方面。目前,我国高职院校教师绩效管理还存在将绩效考核与绩效管理概念混淆,绩效计划设置不合理、不科学,缺乏有效沟通反馈等诸多问题。对高职学院的绩效管理体系进行全面的调查分析,立足我国的基本国情和高职院校的具体情况,探索解决高职院校绩效管理存在问题的对策,对设计建立适合我国国情的高职院校教师绩效管理体系具有重大意义。
Fostering a contingent of high-quality teachers is the key factor to enhance the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. But it is a system engineering work, and the teachers' performance management is one of the important aspects. At present, in our country there are a lot of problems such as the concept confusion of performance appraisal and management, the unreasonable and unscientific plan, ineffective communication and feedback etc. It is of great significance to do a comprehensive analysis and a survey on the whole system, and to explore the solutions to the problems based on our country's basic conditions and the specific situation of the higher vocational colleges, to design the suitable system.
