摘要
在高校毕业生经历"史上最难就业"的2013年,大量的企业又招聘不到合格的新员工,因此出现"就业鸿沟"现象。本文通过普通工科农村籍的经管类学生,进行问卷调查寻找普通工科院校经管类农村籍大学生就业能力的重点因素并有针对性地建立相应的培养模式。
In 2013, it's most difficult for the university graduates to find jobs, but a large number of enterprises could not find the new qualified employees and so the 'employment gap' phenomenon arose.According to the investigation on the general engineering rural college students, this article tries to find the key factors to train the students' employment ability and establish the corresponding training mode.
