从中国古代教育的视角谈民办院校师德师风建设

Teachers' Virtue Construction in Non-government Institutions from the Perspective of Chinese Ancient Education

中国自古以来就十分重视师德教育,有着良好的文化教育传统。然而,随着社会的变迁,由于部分民办院校受到社会大环境负面因素、片面的教师评价机制、师德制度建设滞后等因素的影响,师德师风建设还存在一些问题。因此,必须加强和改进民办院校师德师风建设,促进民办院校师德师风良性运行。

In China, moral education is always taken seriously and there are good educational traditions since ancient times. However, as the society changes, and because of the negative factors such as the social environment, one-sided evaluation mechanism, delayed teachers' morality system construction and others,there are still some problems on the teachers' virtue building in some private colleges. Therefore, we must strengthen and improve the construction work and promote it in good operation.
