旅游环境是构成旅游地吸引力的重要组成部分 ,它既与旅游资源的管理有关 ,更与旅游业的发展速度有关 .认识旅游上可持续发展的重要性 ,并实现旅游业的可持续发展是处理好旅游者、开发者、行业管理部门及政府等不同利益主体之间关系的基本准则 .通过对引起旅游环境变化的因素的分析 ,总结出 3种影响类型 :由自然因素变化引起的旅游环境变化 ;由人类非旅游活动引起的旅游环境变化和由人类旅游活动引起的旅游环境变化 ,分析了旅游环境变化的原因及其对旅游资源的危害 ,并对如何应对这些危害进行了初步探讨 .

Tourism circumstance is an important tourism attraction and has close relation with both tourism resource management and tourism development. The relations of tourists, developers and government in tourist development is how to realize and how to carry out tourism sustainable development. Through analyzing the factors that can cause the change of tourism circumstance the article sums up three reasons:the change of nature, the influence of human non_tourism action and the influence of human tourism action.The article also offers suggestions as how to deal with the influence of tourism circumstance changes.
