摘要
水损坏是目前我国高速公路沥青路面的一种常见破坏形式 .通过从规范、施工、设计三方面分析 ,认为我国的高等级沥青路面结构层厚度与沥青混合料集料尺寸不匹配 ,结构层厚度稍薄 ,集料尺寸显得偏大 ,易使混合料产生离析 ;施工中对压实度的控制认识不足 ,和现行规范中对压实度的控制标准不足以准确反映沥青混凝土的空隙率大小 ;同时设计时没有考虑好结构层的内部排水 ,使得沥青路面的防水排水能力不足 ,渗入水聚集在基层顶部 .
Water damage on bituminous pavement on freeway is found. The causes are discussed mainly from three aspects: specifications, construction and design. The causes are as following: (1) The thickness of the bituminous pavement is unfit for the bituminous mixtures. (2) The compaction degree of the bituminous mixtures is inadequate and the percentage of air void is too great. (3) The waterproof capacity and drainage capacity are insufficient. Academic analysis and discussions are also carried out in this paper.
