摘要
以工业废渣为主要原料 ,通过合理的焙烧制度和配合比正交优化试验 ,研制出了高强粉煤灰陶粒 .该粉煤灰陶粒的筒压强度达 7 8MPa ,与同密度等级粉煤灰陶粒国家标准相比高出 1 3MPa ,同时其吸水率仅为 4 2 % ,大大低于国家标准 1 5 %的要求 .利用该陶粒 ,试验配制出了抗压强度高达CL60 ,初始坍落度大于 2 0cm ,扩展度大于 5 0cm ,60min坍落度不小于 1 8cm的轻集料混凝土 ,可满足轻质混凝土高强。
The high_strength sintered fly ash aggregate is developed from industrial waste residue as the main material by orthogonal test and quick chill firing schedule. Its tube strength is 7 8 Mpa,1 3 Mpa higher than the national standard of the same grade fly ash aggregate and its moisture content is only 4 2%,much lower than 15% of the national standard. Using the aggregate,we can compound lightweight aggregate concrete with the properties of compressive strength more than CL60,0 minute workability more than 20 cm,0 minute expansibility more than 50 cm and 60 minute workability no less than 18 cm,which satisfy the modern concrete with high_strength and pumpability.This accomplishment has important economic and social benefit by using industrial waste residue synthetically and protects environment.
