摘要
研制了亮绿聚氯乙烯膜涂层玻璃电极 .该电极对亮绿有良好的响应特性 ,可直接用于亮绿的测定 ,能斯特响应为 1 0 - 6 ~ 1 0 - 4mol/L亮绿 ,斜率为 48 6mV/pCEM,检测下限为 7 94ⅹ 1 0 - 7mol/L .将该电极用于催化动力学分析中测定微量锰 (Ⅱ ) 。
The brilliantgreen polyvinylchloride membrane coated glass electrode based on the use of electractive material coated on pH glass electrode is described. Brilliantgreen cation and tetraphenylboron anion forms electractive material in the reaction.The electrode has high sensitivity and selectivity . It can be used to determine brilliantgreen itself, and its nerst response range of determintion is 10 -6 ~10 -4 mol/L, nerst slope is 48 6 mV/p C EM .Mand limits of detection is 7 94×10 -7 mol/L brilliantgreen. The ion selective electrode is used in a new catalytic potentiometric method for determining trace Mn 2+ based on the catalytic oxidation of brilliantgreen by potassium periodate in the medio of NH 4Cl-NH 3 H 2O. The linear rang of determination is 2 0~4 5 ng/29 mL. The method is used to determine trace manganese(Ⅱ) in steel sample and biological sample with satisfactory results.
