摘要 采用硝酸铈铵引发纤维素与AM及AN的接枝共聚反应 ;考察了单体种类、单体配比、引发剂浓度和聚合温度对转化率、聚合速率、接枝率和接枝效率的影响 .结果表明 ,随单体浓度和聚合温度的增大 ,初始聚合速率和最终转化率增大 ;随单体浓度的增大 ,接枝率和接枝效率先增大后减小 ;随引发剂用量和聚合温度的增大 ,接枝率和接枝效率均增大 .在纤维素大分子上AN比AM更容易进行接枝链增长 . The graft copolymerization of acrylamide and acrylonitrile onto cellulose is studied with ceric ammonium nitrate as the initiator. The effects of the monomer type and ratio, monomer concentration, the initiator concentration, and polymerization temperature on the conversion rate, initial polymerization rate, grafting rate and efficiency are investigated. The results show that initial polymerization rate and final conversion increase with the increase of the monomer concentration and polymerization temperature. The grafting rate and the grafting efficiency increase at the previous period and decrease at the later period with the increase of the monomer concentration. When the initiator amount and polymerization temperature increased, the grafting rate and efficiency increase. The grafting rate and efficiency of AN are greater than AM.
