摘要
本文详细介绍了数字图书馆中面向用户的数字参考服务的组织形式、相关技术和典型项目 ,即基础 Internet和人工干预的参考服务——虚拟参考咨询台 ,基于 Web合作的数字参考服务——合作数字参考咨询服务 ,基于实时交互的参考—— CU- See Me网络会议 。
The paper particularly introduces the organizing forms,correlative techniques and representative items about user-oriented digital reference service in digital libraries.Namely,Virtual Reference Desk which is based on Internet resources and manual work.Collaborative Digital Reference Service which is based on Web cooperation.CU-SeeMe Network Conerence which is based on real time digital reference service.
